Urgent Care
Urgent care GP appointments begin with telephone or video triage, to help us make sure you're directed appropriately. If your health concern is urgent but not life-threatening, then we would consider it our privilege to help you resolve it.
If, after speaking with you, we think that it is better suited to Accident and Emergency, then we owe you a duty of care to connect you to your nearest Accident & Emergency Department in the quickest way available.

Not at all. Using a private GP doesn't affect your registration with the NHS. Having a consultation from a private doctor and NHS together will lead to increased healthcare options.

Although we always welcome ‘Walk ins’ and are more than happy to help you as soon as possible, we do prioritise patients who have booked an appointment with us and will honour those bookings. Please contact us to arrange your appointment and we will help you as soon as possible.

Our Private GP appointments are available for at-home, in person bookings or telephone/video consultations and can usually be offered for the same day.

Absolutely. Although, the best way for us to understand your specific needs is for us to see you in person. We can take some tests right there, and more efficiently come to a better diagnosis.
However if you’re unable to come in person or the situation is urgent, then please let us know and we will do our best to support you.
